Why can't the spoon turn itself over?

Or is it just a hypothetical situation?

Is a spoon the same as a ladle?

Actually no, I think that was the astonishingly talented and Northern Stuard Kenworthy. Or possibly someone else, but I think it was him.

I don't know why the spoon can't turn itself over. Or maybe it already has, I don't know from spoons. And I think a ladle is what a spoon becomes when it's passed its exams.

Wow. An outdoors. But there must be a zillion spiders behind those pots. Are Steve and ...the other one....safe?

And maybe the spoon once had legs; like whales still have two sets of leg bones inside their merged tail.

Yes, they're deep in spider territory - like the Toy-Fu version of Apocalypse Now, only due the laws of comedy, they don't know it, so they're reasonably safe.

I have to say though, this is one that made more sense in my head.

i've got a friend who always insist on sharing the things that make more sense in his head than anywhere else. he says it's because he's scared the weird thoughts will sort of clump together and form a tumour.

The spoon can turn over, but only if Uri Geller is there to help it.

Sorry to go off on a tangent, though is vaguely related to weird thoughts... thought you might be interested to know they are making a film of American McGee's Alice... but Buffy is taking the lead (she won't sound the same, and then there's the pouting...)

I do like that Toy-Fu isn't limited to your bookshelf, but like Cello I was very worried about the spiders. And....how did they get there? And....continuity, man, or is this like the comics where the sunday strip is always really wild, exciting and colourful? Is jeff in the bin? Will they get back to the bookshelf? (can you tell that I'm the kind of person who can't stand reading my comics in weekly/daily installments? Only ever bought the trade paperbacks of Sandman)

Hmm - like the America McGee action figures (sort of), let's see how that pans out.

And I like that people are worried about continuity - I had a plan for Jeff anyway, so this has just hastened it a bit. I do have an eighteen page background document for Toy-Fu (I wish that wasn't true but it is - it's based on an rpg I ran in Canterbury). I think now the weather's good, they might stay outside for a while.

Ha! I've only just re-read the last post and remembered how the spoon got there... nice. Toy-Fu invades the real world.
