Goddammit, where are my glasses?

Oh no, there they are.

Tch.

  1. Yes, I thought to myself 'Where did I last leave them?'.

And d'you know? There they were.

  3. I wish people could blog in chorus, because what I'd like at this point is for all m'long-standing blog chums to burst into a rousing chorus of... something. Not sure what. But it would be very funny.

Maybe at home, in your own time: a-one, a-two, a-one-two-three-four....

Surely that'd be 'can we fix it?'
    (Yes, we can.)

Wasn't there already a scene where Alan knocks his own glasses off and can't see and is all stressed?

*quickly backtracks, because I obviously don't have too much GW trivia on instant recall*

Oo-er, I didn't mean to cause some kind of emotional breakdown... whoops. Sorry.

  6. Where were you all? There I was, bellowing 'clip, clippety-clop on the stair', and not a murmur. Jolly embarrassing.

  7. I heard you, cello. Which was slightly worrying...

  8. Yeh, but you didn't join in, did you?

  9. It's very strange that such a concise blog should have generated such free-flowing responses. Have you ever done any scientific analysis of the correlation between length of blog and qhantity of comments?

  10. I will if it means putting off any more writing for half an hour...

But yes, I think people need a blank canvas every now and then. That's why I like the 'making light' site - sometimes just a brief quote at random, followed by hundred of usually very interesting comments. Well worth checking out - although might be a bit impenetrable if you're not an SF fan...

  11. Also, Lauren, I'm sure Bob sings both lines, so everyone's right, and you all get a housepoint.
