And it hasn't got the Whedon wit yet either - I suspect they've toned it down because Firefly crashed and burned despite being packed full o' funny.

But it is after all Joss W. so give it a chance.Plus Helo's in it.Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09821105000840199542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10831518.post-6642257789419573242009-03-09T17:07:00.000+00:002009-03-09T17:07:00.000+00:00A quick check reveals Steve the dinosaur is alive ...A quick check reveals Steve the dinosaur is alive and well, but the robot one wasn't very well put together, so he fell apart a bit. Fortunately I backed up his personality on a memory stick, so I can just upload him into a new badly-constructed robot body at some point in the future.James Henryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16604261370633794445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10831518.post-715053888319070962009-03-09T17:03:00.000+00:002009-03-09T17:03:00.000+00:00Okay, I admit it, my name is actually Smop. But I really prefer to use my pen name.

I saw one episode of Dollhouse and found it intriguing, but we'll see — the idea could run its course a little quickly. Though in some ways it seems like a vehicle for Eliza Dushku to exercise her acting skills, and if you didn't like her in Buffy, you probably won't like Dollhouse.

I miss Toy-Fu too. (I do realize you have to focus on, you know, actual paid work...)

I'm devastated to hear the major characters have been dismembered, though. It doesn't help that I always thought Eliza Dushku was the one consistently weak spot in Buffy. You seen it?
